Ohio, D-5 Liquor License Permit – Full Liquor – On & Off-Premise Sales
OH - A D-5 Liquor License Permit authorizes the sale of Hard Liquor, Beer, and Wine for on-sale and off-sale consumption.
A D-5 Liquor License Permit authorizes the sale of Hard Liquor, Beer, and Wine, for consumption on the premises in a restaurant, bar, or nightclub setting.
A D-5 permit also allows for the sale of Hard Liquor, Beer, and Wine for off-premise ("to-go") consumption. A D-5 liquor license permit can normally be moved anywhere across the state using the TREX option.
A D-6 Sunday sales license can be attached to a D-5 to allow for seven days of sales.
