If the renewal fees become due on an alcoholic beverage license after you win the auction, who pays the renewal fees?

It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to pay the renewal fees on your winning auction alcoholic beverage license before the due date.  Failure to pay the renewal fees in a timely manner will/could result in the suspension/revocation of the alcoholic beverage license.  Reinstatement of the alcoholic beverage license may require the payment of late penalties, in addition to the applicable renewal fees.
