Who is required by law to submit electronic fingerprints to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation?

Alcoholic, Beverages and Tobacco Applicants, Community Association Managers, Construction, Employee Leasing, Home Inspectors, Mold Remediation or Assessment, Real Estate, Real Estate Appraisers, Athlete Agents, Talent Agents, Temporary License for Military Spouse.

Note: FDLE will only retain the criminal results for applicants for a period of six months from the date the fingerprints were rolled. Applicants should submit their applications soon after submitting their fingerprints in order to afford themselves an opportunity to resolve any application deficiencies prior to the expiration of the criminal history.
