What kind of license do I need to sell alcoholic beverages?

To sell beer or wine (the number issued is unrestricted):

• Apply for a Consumption-on-Premise License  (Allows customers to consume the alcoholic beverage on the property)

• Apply for a Package Sale License  (Allows customers to purchase the alcoholic beverage and remove them from the property to be consumed elsewhere)

To sell liquor:

• Apply for a Quota License (limited in number based upon county population)
• • Option 1 - Buy, Bid or Make an Offer at Liquor License Auctioneers for the license you need.
  • Option 2 - Enter the Quota License Lottery Drawing and win the right to apply for a quota license (entry forms accepted for 45 days starting the 3rd Monday in August of each year);
