I'm in the military and want to bring the wine I purchased for my personal consumption to my new residence in Florida. What do I do?

Individuals may bring alcoholic beverages into the state of Florida for personal consumption in quantities less than or equal to one gallon, without being subject to excise taxes.  

If quantities of alcoholic beverages exceed one gallon, the individual must apply for a permit from the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco to import the product and pay Florida excise taxes.  The application may be found on our internet site.
