Am I required to report a brand/label revision if I have previously registered the brand/label with the state?

 

You do not need to report the container size.  However, all federal and state laws regarding the container sizes must still be followed.

 

Brands/labels pertaining to container sizes that require separate federal approvals, even though the labels are identical (except for the container size), DO need to be registered separately with the state.
