As you can imagine, we have a very strict auction fee and alcoholic beverage license deposit policy on all alcoholic beverage licenses purchased through our website.  When you agreed to the Terms  of Use and Conditions of the auction, you understood that if you won an alcoholic beverage license through the auction website, you must pay the auction fees and alcoholic beverage license deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction, No exceptions!  If the auction closes out on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the over-night delivery of payment is due at the start of the next business day. Failure to remit the required auction fee and alcoholic beverage license deposit within 24 hours of the auction's close will prevent the opening of escrow and will result in the second (2nd) highest bidder having the opportunity to purchase the alcoholic beverage license at the last price they posted or if their is not another bidder, the seller can re-list the alcoholic beverage license on the Liquor License Auctioneers' website for resale to another buyer.
