How long may an obviously intoxicated person remain in the bar?  Thirty minutes from the time the state of intoxication is known or should be known to the licensee or employee of the licensee. This allows time for a sober person to arrive at the premises and drive the intoxicated person home. [A.R.S. 4-244(14)]
