What happens if the buyer doesn’t place the remaining funds into escrow within 30 days of filing the ABC application?

If the buyer doesn't fund the full amount of the license within the 30 days of filing the ABC application, as agreed upon in the terms and conditions and the buyer makes no good faith attempt to contact Liquor License Auctioneers or the escrow company, via email or phone regarding the full funding, the buyer risks the possibility of surrendering the license, auction fee, as well as escrow fee. We want you to be successful.  We will help you with any questions you may have before, during or after the auction process either by email or phone.
