What happens If a buyer fails to fund the full balance of the alcoholic beverage license within 30 days, as agreed to in the Terms of Escrow?

The failure by a buyer to fund the full balance of the alcoholic beverage license fee within the thirty (30) day period will prevent or delay the escrow from closing and the transfer of the alcoholic beverage license from the seller to the buyer. Failure to fully fund the balance on the license may also result in the cancellation of the escrow and the loss of all or a portion of the buyer’s deposit money.
